2 Hour Private Skating Price List

• FOR A PRIVATE PARTY IN THE MAIN OR BACK RINK. A MININUM OF 50 ADMISSIONS MUST BE PAID FOR EVEN IF LESS PLAN TO ATTEND. YOU WILL BE CHARGED PER PERSON AND IN ADDITION AFTER THE FIRST TWO HOURS A FLATE RATE OF $400 PER HOUR. NO TIME AFTER 10 PM OR DURING PUBLIC SKATING HOURS. (SEE CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY)

50-100 admissions @ $12.00 per person ($600-$1,200)
101-200 admissions @ $11.00 per person ($1,111-$2,200)
201-300 admissions @ $10.00 per person ($2,010-$3,000)
301-400 admissions @ $9.00 per person ($2,709-$3,600)
401-500 admissions @ $8.00 per person ($3,208-$4,000)
501+ admissions @ $7.00 per person ($3,507)

• Skate rental is an extra charge
  (Quads $2.00 - Inlines $3.50 per person)
• Headcount will be taken at front entrance to be paid as group rate lump sum.
• Absolutely no outside food or drinks
• Absolutely no alcohol or smoking inside building
• Snack bar will be open for purchases
• You may bring in a phone/tablet to hook up to an aux cord to play your own music or big wheel will provide a play list.
• No in/out privileges. If you go outside you will have to pay to come back inside.
• $100 deposit (non-refundable if you cancel) is required 2 weeks in advance. The deposit will be taken off your total bill.

Private Skating/Non-Skating Event After 10 PM Price List

• FOR A PRIVATE PARTY IN THE MAIN OR BACK RINK. A MININUM OF 50 ADMISSIONS MUST BE PAID FOR EVEN IF LESS PLAN TO ATTEND. YOU WILL BE CHARGED PER PERSON AND IN ADDITION AFTER THE FIRST TWO HOURS A FLATE RATE OF $400 PER HOUR. IF YOU PARTY GOES PAST MIDNIGHT (12AM) THE FLATE RATE PER HOUR GOES UP TO $500.

50-100 admissions @ $12.00 per person ($600-$1,200)
101-200 admissions @ $11.00 per person ($1,111-$2,200)
201-300 admissions @ $10.00 per person ($2,010-$3,000)
301-400 admissions @ $9.00 per person ($2,709-$3,600)

• If it is a skating event: skate rental is an extra charge

• NO in/out privileges allowed. If you go outside you will have to re-pay to re-enter.
• $100 will be charged for any part of every half hour past your time to exit the building
• Big Wheel manager on duty has the right to shut down party if any rules are not followed.
• $150 additional charge if floor scrubber is needed.
• $100 additional charge per incident for any bodily fluid found.
• Absolutely no outside food or drinks
• Absolutely no alcohol or smoking inside our building
• Snack bar will be open for purchases
• You MUST provide your own security. 6 total required (Male + Female to do pat downs at door, 1 by bathrooms, and 3 to be placed where needed). They will not be included in your per person head rate.
• All participants/belongings to be searched, no bags allowed.
• Please do not leave trash in our parking lot. If our staff has to go outside to clean up any trash, you will be charged an hourly rate of $100.
• You MUST provide your own DJ & sound system (speakers). You MAY NOT be inside our office/DJ booth & CAN NOT hook up to our sound system.
• $600 deposit (non-refundable if you cancel) is required. When event is done the deposit can be held up to three days to allow inspection of the building. You must pay for the full amount without the deposit being taken off bill. Big Wheel will than refund your deposit amount if everything is fine.
• Tracking headcount and collecting money will be done by one staff from each party and counted at end of admitting people and will then be calculated based on per person headcount price point list and given to event manager at end of night minus deposit and amount due to Big Wheel.
• Only a small group of approximately 5 will be admitted at a time to keep tracking headcount manageable.
• Only a 10 person VIP list including yourself will be allowed in at no cost, and is allowed to come in to help setup.
